Trattoria Babsi

The Restaurant-Pizzeria Babsi in Soprabolzano has been an important meeting place for both locals and visitors for about 26 years. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, dumplings and traditional meat dishes are prepared after the secret and closely guarded cookbook from granny’s days. Also a glass of fine wine or a draught beer are recommended. In the afternoon delicious home-made cakes with coffee, cappuccino, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juices are served in the traditional dining room and on the sunny terrace. Also enjoy different Italian pizzas and small, home-made specialties.
