In our tipical inn you can find dishes of the south tyrolean tradition, genuine and fresh ingredients of our land, typical tyrolean specialties as dumplings, speck, smoked sausages with cheese, eggs with bacon and roasted potatoes, beef stew sour, kaiserschmarren, apple strudel and the famous heisseliebe.
depending on the season, the menu is also enriched with bean soups, asparagus or pumpkin dumplings nettles, stewed lamb with baked vegetables, beef goulash with polenta, homemade sausage and loin or pork chops with roasted potatoes. A pleasure accompanied by the right wine of our territory as pinot gris, gewurztraminer and chardonnay or the red-hot as schiava and lagrein, pinot noir and merlot.
